Norman Lam, Executive Board Member

President of CTV1-86.com （长城电视）. Graduated from University of California at Berkeley in management science in 1986. Holds top managerial positions in various firms such as international trading, real estate, high-tech, multimedia and entertainment. Also holds honorable positions in Overseas Chinese Merchants Association in USA, Sciences and Technology Advisory Committee, Guangdong Province, China, etc. Over the years, Norman has actively worked in public as well as private sectors in both countries and has established strong relationship with state and local governments, bankers, businesses, and community leaders.

Tommy Wright, Executive Producer

An award winning highly resourceful seasoned broadcast television professional with over 30 years experience that include news, investigative reports, current affairs magazine programs, documentary specials, award shows, reality shows, live sports and entertainment events for CBS, UPN, PBS, NCAA, ESPN, NBA, TV One, BET. Covering over 16 foreign countries in global, network, and independent television, his work represent a wide rage of creativity and production experiences from broadcast design, production and editorial management of original to multimedia content for today’s broadband broadcasting; single camera to multi-camera productions; live studio broadcast, entertainment and sports specials, reality or documentaries, art and cultural programming; live events, to breaking or investigative hard news.

Jeffrey Winston, Exective Borard Member

Has produced and served as Master of Ceremonies for several major Jazz concerts and appears regularly as a guest on Jazz
in the Modern Era, with host Chet Hanley. This live broadcast is produced by California State University at Dominguez Hills on
Channel 36. The intent is not to merely entertain, but to enlighten. Entering its ninth season, the show’s unique format reaches nearly two million viewers throughout Southern California. He is currently producing World Stage Stories, an oral history project that archives the extraordinary careers of America’s great Jazz pioneers. This critically acclaimed series, includes 72 interviews that provide a rare opportunity for the audience to interact directly with the artists in an intimate setting.

Tony Morehead, Director of Production – USA – Audio Visual Design and Staging

An experienced and proven Tour/Production Manager with over twenty years of diversified clients in the entertainment industry
planning, organizing and directing domestic and international tours for world renowned artists and/or “personalities”.
Developing and adhering to budgets, plus conducting the tasks of a festival accountant while insuring that all of the contractual
and financial tenets are enforced. Planning and developing security plans - Planning and managing all of the production and technical aspects of a tour including staging, lighting, sound and transportation.

Mingkang Dai, Executive Board Member

 Is responsible for financial operation of the event. Mr. Dai is a senior reporter of "The World Journal”, the largest Chinese newspaper in Northern America.  Mr. Dai holds the record as an 8 times news award winner within 3 years. He is the only person who swept all three top individual awards for two consecutive years. Serving as the president for the following non-profit organizations, the CA Shanghai Friendship Association, the Oversea Chinese Students and Scholars in America Association, and the White Collar Club USA, Mr. Dai had organized several major events, which had great influenced to the communities. He is the Chairman of the Global Beca Foundation of San Mateo Colleges, three campuses, with about 40,000 students.
